Founder

Entrepreneur and wild nature survivalist with more than 10 years experience in youth work. Responsible for all logistic matters, organizational support and financial aspects of the Organization. Gained lot of experience over the years working in multicultural environments with minorities, refugees and unprivileged youth and people with fewer opportunities. Actively works with kids, and helps out in a youth psychology center. Participated in organizing and coordinating more than 15 projects collaborating with different NGO-s, facilitating youth projects, participant-selection, non-formal educational activities, coordinating volunteers and large groups of people from different backgrounds. He is one of the coordinators for SCI projects in Volunteer center Zagreb, Red cross intervention team member and volunteer firefighter. His focus and self discipline make him a great asset in ‘crisis’ situations.

Project Manager

Professional volleyball player with a diploma in Environmental Protection and Urban Sustainability (Berkeley, USA). She is living plastic-free, promoting zero waste principles and more sustainable ways of living, focusing on using and making her own natural products and cosmetics. She lived and worked in both USA and around Europe, combining her love for sports and environment to gain a deeper insight into different cultures and ways of living. She is the newest core-member of the organization and is currently focused on writing projects on the topic of Environment and Sustainability.

Co-Founder

Andrej has a rich experience in non-formal training and volunteer work. He participated in more than 10 Erasmus+ projects and volunteered in different parts of Europe (including a Large Scale EVS), which gave him the necessary insight to work with youth, putting his focus and passion into opening an NGO. His main focus is creating new tools, project management, intercultural learning, ecology and personal development. Andrej is also an avid fitness and sports fan. He completed his personal journey, losing more than 30kg in the process and trough this he developed a passion for self-development trough sport, inspiring others to start making healthy habits, focusing on their mind and body. Hiking, cycling, weightlifting, yoga and food nutrition are his biggest passions.

Project Manager

Holds master’s degree in Public Policy and Management and has worked nearly 7 years for APIS IT – Information systems and information technology support agency as HR and EU Projects and Programs specialist. The focus of his work and interest include e-government, direct democracy and public participation. Currently Luka manages Kamp Velebit — a family owned campground on top of Croatian mountain Velebit where he hosts various youth events including music festivals, spiritual and personal development workshops, mountain hikes, free climbing events… He is focused on project planning and preparation and spends most of his time trying to develop his local environment (more rural area). He is and outdoor enthusiast, mountain expert and nature lover.

Project Manager

Multidisciplinary designer whose main fields of interests include inclusion, equality, diy-culture, user-oriented and social design. Focused on exploring the term of “self-sustain- ability”, questioning differences in creating experiences, emotions and relationships be- tween human/artificial, physical/virtual, technology/nature. Involved in various socio-political, cultural and environmental projects. Worked mostly with children (from roma families; foster homes; hard of hearing…), LGBT communities and asylum seekers. Led workshops and events on mentioned topics; co-working with Youth Centres, different NGOs and organizations (UnICef, CMS, Organ Vida, Zg Pride, Esi Labs, KKC, Re-pair cafe, Syncro, US Embassy…) as well as managing design teams on more commercial projects (More Knjiga, Interliber…). Since Co-founder of Riga Performance Days, Zero Wasted Festival, U Ime Svake Obitelji and Labi (France). She is also a long-term eVS mentor in Syncro-Synergy Croatia.
